Bad psu ..worst customer service

I have been waitin for hours for this people to responde ove the phone so i ca summit my Rma and still no anwer..this is my 1st and it will be my last buying evga products..this is ao frustrating not able to get things done . my system is giving me warnings about low power and then boom a big sound and my pc rebooted the problem is constant and no motherboard capacitators where blown neither the graffics card

    Where are you located?  If you are in NA, they don't open until 9a.m. PDT.

    Yeah , they aren't open yet for another 15 mins or so 
     
     You didn't give any details of your problem - but while you are waiting, did you check everything ?

    They aren't open yet! SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...

    Open a support ticket first, then if you qualify, you can open an RMA. Chances are that EVGA tech support will be able to help you without an RMA. Most of them are extremely well versed in their products and can troubleshoot very easily online. You don't need a phone call to accomplish what you're looking for. However, if you really have to talk to somebody, just be patient. They will help you during business hours :)

    Submit an RMA online. You obviously have an internet access, since you can post here, why wait on the phone when you can submit your request 24/7?
