I've been trying for the last 3 days to register my GPU for the step up program. I have a 3070 XC3 and am trying to get into the 3080 FTW3  step up, however I keep getting 404d, or I click the 3080 and when it refreshes it deletes my choice. Or if it does take then when I get to the next page it says I passed the 20 minute window to register and makes me start over. This has been happening over and over and over. I've used 5 different browsers over two different computers, and have erased the cache multiple times. I have no idea how to actually make this work now or register for the step-up. Has anyone else had this issue or have any advice?

You are not alone, there have been recurring problems with the EVGA site.  Since you have already been doing the Ctrl+Shift+Del clearing, one thing you can try and do when you get a 404 error is hit F5, sometimes repeatedly.  It will work on occasion.

    Hello,

I was able to check the account and add the 3080 as an option during my testing with your account and did not have any issue. Please make sure you're not using a VPN or ad blocker and give it another try. If you're still having issues after this, please send our team a quick email at [link=mailto:support@evga.com,]support@evga.com,[/link] so we can look into this further for you.
