Z590 FTW power switch

The power led, HDD led, power switch and reset switch is all properly connected. But it doesn't seem to work when I press the button. Any help would be appreciated.

    If you touch the PWR posts with a flathead screwdriver, are you able to turn on the system?  While it's running, can you reset the system by touching the screwdriver to the reset posts?  If both work, then it's either an issue with connecting the front panel headers or an issue with the wiring/case.
