HI recently won an evga 3060 xc from a newegg bundle but I wanted to get a 3070. When I heard about the evga step up program I decided to give it a try because it seemed like their was no drawback for it except for the unknown wait time. A couple days ago I registered my 3060 and tried to start the step up queue but every time I try to start it, it wont go through. Now whenever I check my products the 3060 is no longer listed and I cant register it again as now that wont go through. I sent two emails to their support team but no word back so far is there anyway to try and fix this problem?  

There have been periodic and shifting problems on the site.  Some take a few days to clear.  You might want to call CS.
