I'm having problems with my PSU. I've worked with support, and they informed me to submit a RMA. I've followed their instructions, and submitted my RMA to exchange my PSU for another via Cross Ship, but never received a reply that the RMA is processing or approved, or even received. When I look in My Open RMAs, it shows I don't have any. Should I receive a verification email to let me know my RMA request has been received? If not, how long should I wait for my email to exchange my faulty PSU? Any thoughts on the service\RMA steps?
