I'm having problems with my PSU.  I've worked with support, and they informed me to submit a RMA.  I've followed their instructions, and submitted my RMA to exchange my PSU for another via Cross Ship, but never received a reply that the RMA is processing or approved, or even received.  When I look in My Open RMAs, it shows I don't have any.  Should I receive a verification email to let me know my RMA request has been received?  If not, how long should I wait for my email to exchange my faulty PSU?  Any thoughts on the service\RMA steps?

what does your timeline look like ... you have not mentioned how long it has been


 
I submitted the RMA request on Friday 06.25.  From what I've read I should have an approval in 1 business day.  I haven't even received confirmation that the RMA request was received at EVGA.  I went and sent it again on Monday 06.28, again no confirmation of receipt.  When I send the RMA it takes me to a confirmation screen to verify my address etc., after submitting it just goes back to the submit a RMA screen?  It doesn't show an error, or say RMA has been submitted.  Not sure if the system is broke or if my brain is.

Hi Earl109,
 
It looks like a RMA submission was not made on your account.  I went ahead and approved the cross-shipment for you.  Once collateral is posted, the RMA Replacement will begin shipping.  Take a look at your inbox regarding the RMA details.

Thank you very much.  I wasn't sure if the site wasn't working or my brain wasn't working (very possible).  I received the approval, and have added the collateral as requested.
