Here in Canada, I would say 1.2 to 1.3 times? US always have the best price/availability.

Here in Belgium you can buy an RTX 3090 for about 2200 Euros right now. Prices are falling just a little bit.

I was extremely fortunate to purchase a EVGA 3080 3080 TI with 850 Watt power supply for $1939.00 Canadian. This was with a $80.00 discount. The 3080 TI cost $1725.65 Canadian dollars which is just slightly below the US MSRP (On the EVGA Website) when converted to USD Dollars so I think i did well.

Prices at retail are still well over 2100 Euros for the RTX 3090 in Belgium. Over 1600 Euros for the RTX 3080ti.

In Russia an average price is recommended price multiplied by 2. For example rtx 3070ti recommended price is 599$, but in Russia it will cost 1200+$

Honestly 1.5x isn't that bad, and it is at least that high here, if not 2-3x depending on card. As far as resellers, Hong Kong prices seems to be the lowest, but obviously it's a buyer beware kind of thing and who wants to take that risk?

1.5x is still a lot, especially if you wanna get the 3090's. You are straight up paying 1000 dollars more, and that's a lot to me lol. I'll pay up to 10-15% of the MSRP, the max I'll go is up to 20% but anything more than that is a no no for me.
