Your picture was in machine language and too long. It has been removed.

Your post makes very little sense. I did a quick check of Taiwanese distributors/retailers and nothing is in stock.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

I think the local electronic malls over in taiwan require you buy an entire computer with them. But at least everything is MSRP.
Here's a video that kinda shows the situation (and bribing the the workers with some drinks).

Your best bet to find a video card in the USA or Europe is to buy a pre-built system. The next best solution is to pay the scalper price.

Did you really just advocate for someone to pay the scalper price? That’s the worst advice anyone can give anyone. The whole reason this problem is never going to go away is because people keep paying scalpers! Go camp at your local Microcenter, join stock Discords, set up Twitter alerts, set up Telegram alerts, get on the EVGA queue as quickly as you can when it opens, enter Newegg Shuffle every day… All of these options are much better for everyone than paying a scalper. I could have gotten a GPU by now if I was willing to buy something other than EVGA and if I was willing to pay more than MSRP without having to resort to a scalper - the GPUs are out there if you’re willing to compromise on brand and price (which they’re still less than scalpers). Every person who pays a scalper now makes it so that all of us have to deal with them later.
