    System specs?  (include PSU)
     
    Off the top of my  head--
    Recommend ensuring all your system drivers (not just GPU) and routinely software is up to date.
     
    Are you running an OC on your CPU or memory?  Technique would be to set everything to stock and then start your troubleshooting.  A 3090 could allow your PC to run a lot faster than it was before making previous OCs unstable.

    IRQL = RAM bad, high OC, etc.
