I'm really hoping they drop a few 3968 today, I'm at 7:42:03, so close
Yeah, I'm chilling at 7:45:29. I'd love to get an email today, but I'm not extremely optimistic. Good news is that since this is the first "non-launch" drop, we get a new data set to possibly gauge how long our waits will be.

Have they said if there was a block of time when the site was actually down, and nobody got in the queue, or almost nobody? It would be nice to know if there's going to be a jump or something at some point.

It seems like that “block” was between 6 and 7:20 am, and then again at 7:30-7:40. After 7:40 it seems to have gotten more reliable for the majority of people. The queue will probably start slowing down now that we’re in the 7:40s.
