I've spent the last 2 days researching and trying everything I can find online to solve the issue and apparently i am not the only one from all the posts online I find.
My issue is that for some reason, random.. when ever it feels like it the screen will go black and stay that way between 2-4 seconds then return to the screen. System isn't locked up as far as I can tell I just lose signal it seems.
I've tried a new install of drivers random bios settings  I read online that says it solves the problem. But the problem is never solved. it's actually doing it right now while i type this out.it seems like it does it more when gaming. Everything in device manager is clean and I have all driver and firmwares installed. but I cant figure out how to stop the black screen. sometimes it happens so often i give up on being on the rig and just turn it off and walk away.
Hoping someone here has had this issue and found the fix...please?

And what is with this "NO WAR" signature? Where is my system specs? for now here is my rig specs........

Nope, this is brand new. JUst ordered another one from a different brand and the same issue persists.
No one in these forums experience this?

The only thing ive experienced thats anywhere close to this is when i first boot, win 10 pro heavily locked down, it throws up the lock screen with my picture and starts it with the wrong window size. If i let it sit for a minute it will go black and come back up a second or two later with the right size and its fine from there on out. Sometimes i can click it and go to the next screen, password sign in, and it will do it there if i dont leave it sit. What monitor you using? Did you set up your windows power options  AND the power options for global in the NVCC? You disabled fastboot in bios right? If your using a hdmi instead of dp with certain monitor parameters like high refreshes etc... it will give you all kinds of weird headaches, especially if you arent using a good certified cable for the pc to monitor connection like Chaos mentioned.

Possibly faulty output on gpu, or defective monitor.
