Bad temps on 3070 XC3 Ultra?

Hey guys I got a new 3070 XC3 ultra from an RMA like 3 days ago and I noticed that I’m getting temps of like 75-80c with Minecraft shaders and fan speeds of around 80% and card at 96% load.
The airflow in my case is pretty good. The case I have is a Phanteks p360a with a front mounted intake Corsair h100i Elite Capellix push/pull. I also have two top fans as exhaust and one rear as exhaust. Room temp most of the time is like 22c (70f). Any ideas on why this could be? Is this normal?
