    Cut a slot in it with a dremel (or something similar), and turn it with a flat-bladed screwdriver.

    I would prefer to replace the screw, I can remove it with pliers.
     
    Do you know the size of screw needed.

    See What size are the screws used to attach the stock cooler to the video card? in the EVGA FAQs, but I'd take it to an auto parts store and match one up..Auto parts stores normally have a selection of machine screws/nuts/bolts/washers.

    So go to an auto parts/hardware store and see if they have a screw, or buy a small bolt/nut/lock washer that will work.

    Go to a store and match it up.  Physically.  Does this need to be repeated again?
