that's ok with today's CPUs 40 to around 50 are ok temps 60 also ok watch out for 90c or 100c. I go about the same I have a Phanteks CPU cooler glacier one 280 in my computer non-software controlled and I get about the same. I also tested with a stock cooler and I seeing temps in the mid-60s overclocked mid-90s. with AIO I get in the mid-70s overclocked. also, the ambient temps in the room the cooler your house the cooler the CPU and AIO can shave at least 10 to 20c off of the temps compared to stock cooling so today my CPU is 45c all that comes into play. I personally like using the motherboard over software from a program I was using the corsair AIO with ICUE and I was not getting the best cooling with the software cooler with overclocks. so that why I changed to using glacier one 280. the only way you can get lower temps is probably going custom loop cooling.

if you want more cooling just take off the front panel of your case if you can. I have seen videos on YouTube Gamers Nexus and he takes the front panels off of the pcs he tests and he shaves 10c off of the CPU temps

i have thought about that because nzxt aergb fans airflow is through the back so for rgb to show in case they have to be exhaust and thought about drilling a bunch of holes in the front. why they make their fans that way when you cant see through the top or front ill never know.

I would not drill holes in that beautiful case if you can just do this

Either that, change the fans (maybe some Noctua fans) or just leave it as it is. There's no reason to drill holes in the case, those temperatures aren't bad and that solution seems extreme to me (and not sure it would help that much).

I5 10600k and corsair h100 here, I'm getting the same yours temperature!

 
Moved to Cooling.

It is top mounted because front didn´t work in my case. the radiator would be lower than the cpu and that´s bad for the water pump and temps.

Yeah thats true, top is most of the time the better choice, cause air can´t get into the cooling circuit. If you want to mount it in the fron, than the pipes should come from the bottom of the radiator and the radiator should be above the cpu, cause air always goes to the highest point of the circuit.

fan noise is good especially when your wearing headset lol but even without i run in performance mode and they not loud.
