I'm building my first gaming computer, and have a question about if my power supply is good enough quality wise for my new system which cost about $1000. I paid $25 for an EVGA B stock 600w W1 PSU, and after doing more research from places like the LTT PSU tier list, I'm worried that it would be unwise to use such a cheap PSU on this system. I'm just learning about things like ripple that lower end PSUs might expose the PC hardware to.
It would be powering a Ryzen 5600x with Vetroo V5 cooler, EVGA RTX 2060 Super SC Ultra, Asus x570 TUF Pro wifi, 16GB 3200mhz CL16 ballistix ram, 500GB XLR8 CS3030 nvme, and 7 case fans in a Corsair 4000D airflow case.

I would recommend a C Tier or better PSU from the LTT Tier list with that build.

Odds are the PSU will be fine but I think spending $60 or so for at least a bronze from a reputable brand is worth it.

You're fine. On the off chance your psu nukes your system it will be the mobo. Odds are low that you lose a hundred some odd bucks and you just saved 40 so... Good job

Isn't there a chance that it damages the GPU since it's directly connected to it?

Never heard of that. It's always mobo in my experience. I guess it's theoretically possible though...

Just from an efficiency and longevity standpoint, I would go with N1njadeer's suggestion...

600 watts should be plenty. Though I always preferred 750 as my baseline.

If it want more then likely it will be noticed in system stability. Be shocked if it
blew up anything in your system.

With a 2060 that should be sufficient, but you'll be pushing it if you go to upgrade down the road with TDWs on the rise again. I bought an 850W years ago to power two 760s in SLI and I've never had to upgrade. It won't hurt your computer to have too much available wattage.

Should be fine. Under full load with everything running 100% it might get close, but that situation is not likely to happen. You can also just lower the power of your gpu with MSI afterburner and not see any drop off while gaming.

That pinned message of what psu is right for you helped me out a lot.  I had some extras that wasn't included in the calculator so I bumped up one item to another level.  The rig I built ended up just fine for my psu to run even when gaming with maximum usage I do with it.

Main problem will be you have no upgrade room, or not much, on that PSU.  I would recommend whenever you can afford to, to get a better, higher quality PSU.  It should be "fine" for usage for a few months, but I wouldn't leave it long term in the system if it were me.

750W Gold or better from a reputable PSU line ala eVGA, Corsair or such ideally.  Not required, but it would give you headroom for upgrades & peace of mind that you have a PSU that isn't a White level.

If you don't plan to upgrade you should be fine.
But if you plan to upgrade, first thing to upgrade must be the PSU,
