Rtx 2070 Super fans sounded like an alarm??

Hi all,
I've had my EVGA RTX 2070 super XC Gaming for about a year now and tonight while playing heard what sounded like my neighbors house alarm. To my horror it turned out to be my GPUS fan spinning what I would imagine to be more then 100% and basically SCREAMING at me to shut it off. I turned it back on to see if it'd happen again and it started to spin up after only 2-3 minutes on and make those crazy noises, all of my fan curves have been at stock so I have no idea what could cause this. I checked my system with an old 1060 I had and its been fine long enough for me to write this and search for solutions so I assume it to be that GPU fan or the whole thing. Kinda just wondering if anyone has any past experience with this, as I'm just waiting on an email back from EVGA currently. Happy to answer anything I may have missed.

    Are the fans dying (unstable RPM) or rubbing on anything?
