We purchased a Cyberpower pre built pc with a Evga 3060 XC Gaming card in it on 4-13-2021, under step up it says to pick a vendor but best buy is not on that list only cyberpower, but best buy is a vendor on a different page? How should I proceed.....

    Is there no "Other" option at the bottom?

    What is the part number of your GPU? It should have a suffix like Kr, Kb, Br at the end.

    Hi repo1979,
     
    You may start a Step Up by going to My EVGA > My Products > View Details > Start Step Up
     
    Select "Did this EVGA Product come pre-bundled with a system?" Yes
     
    You would then be able to Start the Step Up. Cyber Power PC ends in -BR
     
    Place of purchase would be Best Buy per invoice.

    Looks like we can do the 3070 but not a 3080 or a 3090 card. Will see what they say on monday

    What did they say? I thought 3060s could upgrade to anything.
