EVGA 3060 TI Fans Question

EVGA Video card only has 2 fan’s running regularly and third fan will only come on intermittently (sometimes never) or only if you open EVGA precision X1 software

Is this normal?

    Asynchronous means they will only come on when needed. If only the gpu is hot, but the vrm is still below its threshold then the vrm fan will remain off while only the gpu fan will spin. When benchmarking they should all be on as everything should be getting stressed really good. You shouldn’t have to run px1 to make them come on.

    Best way to benchmark or stress test to see if its all working fine? Please advise

    Run 3dmark time spy extreme graphics test #2 at your monitors native resolution for 15 minutes. After that run 3dmark port royal at your monitors native resolution for 15 minutes. That should do it.
