Hope someone can help me.

Initially I only used gtx 1060 ssc to play games and render daily videos but one day I made a carelessness, namely mining using the gpu and Boom the result was decreased performance and high temperatures.
Even though I have never overclocked such as mem clock, gpu clock and volts. finally I decided to replace the thermal paste but it didn't work then I tried flashing my original vbios from 86.06.63.00.62 to 86.06.39.00.60 as on this website. my question is whether the primary / original vbios 86.06.39.00.60 has no problem and how to flash back to 86.06.63.00.62? I don't understand using nvflash I can only hope to wait for this website to upload vbios 86.06.63.00.62.

I don't see any high temperatures in your screenshot.  How high?

indeed if it's onIdle, but when playing games the temperature goes up to fps down and the fan is 0% why does the fan only rotate between 60c?

How hot is it getting when not idle?

By default, I believe that the fan doesn't start rotating until the GPU core reaches 60c. Can you please tell us how hot the GPU is getting?

So the automatic fan only spins at 60c? and one more question. vbios original 86.06.63.00.62 and 86.06.39.00.60 which one is the latest? and for 86.06.39.00.60 it is better to use the main / original version?

How hot is "high temperature"?  Fourth time asking.  If it's not 85c or higher, it's not something you should worry about.

Regarding VBIOS version, you have to ask EVGA what is the latest VBIOS available.  The latest version is dependent on the card's serial number.  VBIOS revisions are rare, so you probably have the latest version.  A different VBIOS being available is usually for hardware revisions (such as different video card memory manufacturer, and therefore serial number dependent), so is probably not a "new" VBIOS useful to you.
Ask EVGA if your VBIOS is the latest version: https://www.evga.com/support/custsupp.asp

It's normal for the card to lower clock speed in small increments as the card heats up.  It is also normal for EVGA to allow the card to run on the warm side by default in order to reduce fan noise.  The small drop in performance is considered a good tradeoff in favor of lower fan noise.  If you want the card to be cooler and want a slightly higher performance, manually adjust the card's fan speed higher.  What is a 1 or 2% performance increase going to do for you? I don't know, but it's your choice.

The highest temperature I have ever seen was 81c, that's when I tried my carelessness with mining. and after that the performance decreases.
I have original vbios backup but I don't know how to flash it using nvflash. thank you because you already want to answer my question.

use MSI afterburner and set up a more aggressive fan profile to kick in ...

plus, due to age - the T.I.M. may need to be repasted on the card core .

Can you recommend a good thermal pad and thermal paste?

That's not a great temperature but it's certainly not a death sentence either.  I don't really start to worry until I get up near 90 degrees.

How's the airflow in your case?  Can you jack the speed of your case fans up?  Or keep the room you're in at a lower ambient temp?
