Are these black marks on right from VRM(red  rectangle) normal or should I be worry that something is too hot/wrong with PCB of graphic card?

I've putted heatsinks on VRM on left from blue squares, just didn't do it with these blue squares. From gamer nexus they called these blue squares- 8phase, picture in attachments.

Looks normal. Appears to be a bit of residue left over from the original thermal pads.

Looks like leftover/residual stuff. If it still works, dont fix it ;)

That also could be flux residue from the soldering of the smd’s, which isn’t anything to worry about.

From the spread pattern, I assume that it indicates a thermal gradient.
Either that, or some thermal pads have a light adhesive that remained on the board.
    Is that normal... probably.
From your description, it sounds like you were replacing the thermal pads... which is the most you could do about it.
