No RBG/lights on 2070 Super, software doesn't see LED also

I just got a 2070 Super (08G-P4-3172-KR) but the first thing I noticed is there were no lights like on my 1070ti. I have tried X1 but don't see an RGB tab like I have seen in screenshots. LED Sync doesn't seem to recognize that my GPU has any lights or RGB. My CLC 360 shows in LED Sync but not any for the VGA tab.
 
I pulled the card and the connectors in the back seem to be in place, Any ideas?
