Maybe I am blatantly missing something, haven't I satisfied the requirements listed in the below notification? It's been great being on the forum but I have a PM that I have not been able to respond to that I would like to answer!

    Maybe it kicks in after the 5 days is over ....?

    That could be the case! They should re-word if that is the reason.

    The info is a bit confusing, I know I've seen people wonder in regards to the post number requirement which is 11+ (though it's worded as "more than 10" which is technically the same) and "at least 5 days" read the same way would be 5 full days (where it'd show as Joined: 6 days ago)

    Yes, that is the situation. The verbiage is confusing. More than 10, so 11 or more.

    When you hit day 6, you should be able to PM.

    I wonder if it is a zero based back end issue. As in:
    0,1,2,3,4 = 5 days
    vs
    1,2,3,4,5 = 5 days
     
    Such that the day 5 day is actually the sixth day.

    Give it another day and let us know.  It's a pain but it there to deter spammers.
