Evga received my return by RMA on 01.12.2021 EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 FTW3 ULTRA, earlier the support service informed me that within 8 days, a replacement of my video card will be sent. RMA Number: 5411201130488034

Maybe you can check the tracking number and see the shipping date?

The European branch of EVGA has been pretty ravaged by Covid and has been noted as being overly busy trying to catch up ....

Yes, I understand that ... It's sad. But I can't work for 4 months, the video card is broken and it worries me a lot every day. The financial situation of my family depends on this ...

Not sure where you got that information from. You definitely didn’t get it from the screen shots, because the screen shot doesn’t show the date the item was shipped, only the date it was delivered.

Not sure where you got that information from. You definitely didn’t get it from the screen shots, because the screen shot doesn’t show the date the item was shipped, only the date it was delivered.
My bad, I was looking at the shipment posted by Customer at Hub as the shipping date.

It does look like he waited more than a month to ship it. The confusion is the difference in date format. According to the screenshots, the RMA was create 11/30/2020, and the shipment was sent 01/12/2021. It looked like it was shipped 12/1, but then you see "2021" and realize the difference in date format. I agree with you. It looks like he shipped it more than a month later, and that is why it is "expired".

Good to know. But how could we know given the information you provided? Sorry, there is nothing we can do to help. I'm sure that it will get taken care of eventually. EVGA's EU team is terribly slow. Hang in there.

It's possible it wasn't fully processed as being received before time ran out, which might be why it was marked as expired. Someone may have to manually restore the RMA (I don't really know how the system works). I don't know how long it might take at this point, or if you'll receive your RMA with it still showing as expired (which I could see happening, even without being told only to have to show up one day, depending on how well they are doing with RMA)

Thanks everyone for the help. The problem is that Evga simply does not answer, most likely my turn did not come. And at the time of receiving the parcel, the RMA status was active.

From my understanding it has to be shipped to them. After it shows up they will handle it even past the deadline.

Hello Nikolay_kms! After a certain amount of time an RMA may automatically expire on the website, but if we receive it within a reasonable timeframe after it expires then we would continue processing. I have informed out EU team about the concern and they will be looking into your RMA.
