All the issues ive been having with fortnite got me to do so much research regarding stutters. After a bunch of reading and watching youtube, one channel got me fixed on latency at 1% and 0.1% lows. Even if you are getting 300 fps and your lows are garbage your games will feel like crap. Anyways Iearned HT causes latency and also lowers your .1% and 1% lows. By disabling it, I was able to push my 9900K to 5.2ghz on 1.325V max temp 83 on the whole core with p95 26.6 with 12 presets. This greatly improved my fortnite low %'s. What do you guys think about disabling ht to achieve a higher overclock? I feel like if I was running two dimm slots I could even push higher with less stress on the memory controller.
