Hi i bought it from overclockers uk do i rma this block to them or EVGA EU its the hydro copper super ftw 3 ultra ive tryed many things to get it to work without crashing and artifacting,ive put my air cooler back on as i thought it was my card but its running great now so its a bad block.

A bad block? Usually a bad block leaks. If the block isn't leaking or isn't causing temperature issues, I don't know how else a block could be bad.
Silly question, but you have the block connected by tubing to a pump and a radiator with coolant flowing through it, right? You would be surprised how many times people have bought a hydrocopper block not knowing that it required you to connect it to a water cooling loop.

I am wondering the same thing. What kind of tubing, pump, reservoir, and radiators are you using?

Yes its in a loop been doing water cooling over 10 years now. The reason i say a bad block is every time it was fitted my card would artifact and reset the pc,the air cooler works fine.

I wonder if it is a contact issue with the die and the center of the fin array, or if something was shorting. How was your contact patch with the die after mounting?
Seeing as the blocks have a 1 year warranty, as long as it was new when purchased, you should be able to RMA through EVGA. I am not sure if they will have any more blocks around at this point, but it definitely won’t hurt to ask.

I test fitted the block to see if the paste was ok as i had a couple of times it was bad and temps would go up to 80c while gaming.
When the paste and seating of the block was ok i started presion up and gpu was 27c idle and all ram was about 34c but it still restared and artifacted.

Tryed to use the rma form and it's asking for a support ticket as far as I'm aware I don't have one,plus I've heard nothing since 4th Jan.
