If I install the Hybrid version in place of my Current card,  can I leave my Drivers alone or should I uninstall them?

You'll need to update the bios so it reflects a Hybrid, fan controllers will work better, your RGB panel will show the Hybrid also.

There is no reason to reinstall drivers when all you're changing is the cooler - as I've said in people's threads asking if they should/need to switch BIOS for the card to show up as a Hybrid etc... the computer & GPU have no idea what you've done to the GPU's cooling, it won't until you tell it you changed something - drivers specifically are the same for both GPUs.  You could even switch to another NVidia GPU completely & technically speaking you wouldn't have to reinstall drivers if it's a newer GPU... you SHOULD reinstall drivers in that case, but you don't HAVE to.
For the cooler swap, you 100% do not need to clean/reinstall drivers.
Enjoy the cooler temps ^_^ I'm very happy with my Hybrid 3090 temp wise, that's for sure.

@KingEngineRevup That’s not been my experience so far. I installed the hybrid kit this morning on what was up to this point a perfectly running 3080 FTW3 Ultra and flashed the hybrid bios as instructed. The fans spin up randomly when running any game. I called support and they asked me to try changing temperature hysteresis in precision (1.1.4) and that hasn’t done anything. So far this hasn’t been a great experience. I think there’s an issue with the bios. I would revert to the original non hybrid bios if I could.

Yes. Once you have flashed the bios with the hybrid bios for your card it will show as a hybrid in PX1.
