I know X1 is supposed to flash any new BIOS onto a card during its boot, but I am also reading a few posts that sometimes it takes an uninstall/reinstall of X1 for X1 to notice the need, and that requires (either intuition or) to see the BIOS of the card via X1's (info) button and realizing that the BIOS is not the latest, but that also requires a list of what is latest. Also I see a bunch of posts with links to a , for normal/oc/model/beta/hybrid etc. BIOSes. I guess hunting through the many posts with such links is an option... But I didn't see one-stop-shop sticky post or webpage that lists whatever is the latest per card, for ALL cards. And, the "Drivers and BIOS" page  only shows the latest driver for the GPUs, not the BIOS. I wish it also showed the latest BIOS for the GPUs.
 
Am I missing something?

Ouch. Goes to show how little I know. But doesn't that make it even more important to have ONE list on ONE page with the latest bios/firmware links, or incorporate that into the "Drivers and BIOS" download page?
