EVGA CLC 360 Flow Control LED sync issues

Anyone have issues with the Flow Software?  I set the LED but when I reboot it doesn't keep the settings.  Using it with the following hardware.
 
X299 FTW-K 
3090 RTX FTW3
360 CLC EVGA
 
Can't seem to get these 3 into a LED sync state.  Suggestion advice?  Thanks!

    So I know this is probably something you already tried. However, have you tired uninstalling and reinstalling it (Flow)?

    If you want to synch all your system LED's.  Make sure to enable synch on Flow Control.  Then you use EleetX to set it all up.  You can use v1.05 or 1.06
