I have a question and hoping an evga rep can shed some info on this question.

I decided that it's probably better right now to get a 2070 (I built a system but have no gpu and can't use it since I have a 3700x) and want to step up but to a hybrid 3080. Now we know they said mid / late November but wondering if those cards are going to be made available for the step up program?

I prefer hybrid cards and since I can't buy a 3080 and my place in the queue is way down for the ftw3 card , step up might be the solution for me so I can actually start using my system with the 2070.

Thanks in advance for any information.

The hybrid has never been a step up option before, and it will likely continue to be that way since reference cards are the usual offering (with the air cooled FTW3 Ultra the highest SKU that I've seen offered so far).

With that said, Jacob said that Hybrid coolers will be available for the XC3 and FTW3 cards (November?), if you step up to one of them and feel up to doing the kit yourself.
