How do I -continue- a support ticket?

I asked evga a question through the item support ticket, and I received a response and they are now asking me a question.  At the bottom of the email is the link "If you wish to reply or continue the ticket, you can submit a follow-up question."
 
That link just takes me to the list of products I have registered.  Where do I continue this conversation to answer their question? Thanks.

    I haven't really used the support on eVGA, but if the email you received it from doesn't say "DONOTREPLY" somewhere in it, then you can reply to the email directly.

    Seems like they want you to start another ticket, instead of follow up. Back to step 1...   Or just follow what JGLuxe said. :)
