Hey, I just bought a Samsung M.2 970 Evo Plus. This is the first M.2 SSD I have ever used and setup. I was following guides on this forum and it was saying that the boot mode should be set to UEFI mode in order to get the m.2 to work. I cant actually boot into windows when i set my bios that way (UEFI), instead my boot mode is set to Legacy mode. Am I missing a configuration I need to setup in order to go to UEFI mode? Is there any performance I'm leaving on the table by having my boot mode set to legacy? Also, I'm only using the M.2 SSD to boot windows, play a few games and my MasterCAM and Autodesk Inventor is on the M.2 Drive so I know its already overkill. Any Help would be greatly appreciated. I'm just a enthusiast late to the M.2 party.
