As long as you bought it new from a certified EVGA retailer and it hasn't been more than 14 days. If it has been more than 14 days, you need to buy a new warranty and I think that still would work.

Yes after Sept 17 launch, and failing again during Sept 22 restock, I had to go with the Sept 24 launch. That meant not getting the ftw3 ultra 3080 and getting the equivalent 3090.
