It has happened 3 times now where my GPU temp will slowly rise from a max 60c to 70+C over about 2 months. I will repaste and bring it back down to sub 60, but then 2 months later, my max temps are back up to 70c.

Any idea what might be causing this issue? Hate taking my card apart so often. Using Thermal Grizzly paste so isn’t a paste quality issue

My hybrids historically hit 60-70c in gaming.  Are you saying that this is happening in an idle state?

It's a paste thickness issue. TG is thinner than some others from what I've read. The gpu core is fairly large and has a small amount of crown. That lets it seep/run out over time.

I'm not sure what is the best gpu paste for longevity is though.

If you search around you will find many reported similar behavior when using Thermal Grizzly. Try different paste brand.

Which Thermal Grizzly paste are you using?
I've had issues in the past using Kryonaut on CPU AIO's drying out after a few months, seems it likes lower temps.
Temps would slowly start creeping up, then the CPU's would thermal throttle, re-pasting fixed it for a short period.

Switching to Noctua's NT-H1 solved the issue, it is a thicker paste than Kryonaut.
