I have nothing but good things to say about your product. My account can speak for its self. This launch has been frustrating to say the least, and I have nurtured my patience to new levels. I have no problem waiting for my turn, but there has been the poorest attention to you customers on the EVGA.com sites regarding the queue system. I follow pretty closely the activity on the forum wait lists and its known that a precise account of who is next can not be accurately derived. However the wait list can precisely show activity, and that's primarily what this post is about. Week after week for several months now 1 card per week has landed in major sku card queue's for N.A. Most of the time its 0. The community has been so patient considering the worlds events that have taken place. I take no pleasure bringing negative feedback concerning the neglect of your loyal elite and aspiring Elite consumers. I find no excuse that cards can make it to Best buy, Amazon, Newegg, Microcenter... and yet the queue lines are stalled. I've gotten the " we working as hard as we cans "... and its just embarrassing and insulting to receive when the cards are available, but the person or persons within sales or otherwise make conscious decision to just send brush off replies to inquires and never alot deserved stock to the EVGA.com N.A. queue lines. Too much evidence within the industry has made these excuse to be empty. Majority of us just want to see weekly activity no matter how small, ( I don't mean zero either, lol ) just so we can gauge when we might get our products. Right now its saying never or when it won't matter - feels bad :( Concerning : 3060 sku's, 3070 sku's, 3080 sku's, 3090 sku's / XC, XC3, FTW3 If you have similar perspective please leave a short reply showing accordance. Thx

It would be different if it was just an issue with a specific company. But the industry is in shambles at the moment, all we can do is wait it out.

It is something that has ben mentioned many times already, but bares saying again here. EVGA has contractual obligations to places like Best Buy, Newegg, Microcenter, etc.. They don't simply decide to ship product "there" vs selling it here. They have to honor their agreements with these retail outlets. Fact is, they'd almost certainly prefer to sell directly at times like these when everything is effectively sold before it is even produced. They make the largest margin on direct sales.

Not to mention the possible bundles they could push through direct sales

Lakota Amazon.com: EVGA 11G-P4-2281-KR GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Black Edition Gaming, 11GB GDDR6, Dual HDB Fans & RGB LED Graphics Card: Computers & Accessories Amazon selling RTX 2080 TI cards for $2589.00 yet on EVGA's website purchase page you can get RTX 3060's for around $499.00 and up but nothing in stock . Someone is making Bank+ on the chip shortage. ( the Amazon Price's and ad's are from the EVGA Store) If someone from EVGA would post a response it would be great.
"(the Amazon Price's and ad's are from the EVGA Store)," no they are not. All EVGA branded merchandise has a little link above the rating stars to the "EVGA Store" (you'll find this on all major brands that have an official store on Amazon) which takes you to the official EVGA store where there are no GPUs for sale. The reason is as soon as Amazon has a shipment from EVGA, they are purchased by bots/scalpers and flipped for sale by third party resellers. The GPU you linked to is an Amazon third party reseller: Super Phoenix, Business Name: TOPBESTBUY LLC, Business Address: PO BOX 2564, Westerville, OH, 43086. That is why on Amazon these days, you have to carefully look as to who is selling the item, not just GPUs, but everything.

Very much so. When I'm using Amazon, I try to only buy where it says "ships by" and "sold by" Amazon.com. More and more items on Amazon are coming from 3rd party sellers who increasingly often seem to be counterfeiters or just selling extremely low-quality trash. It's unfortunate, but predictable. Same with Newegg. EBay of course has been full of scammers for a long time, but it's worse than ever now. Also be aware that Amazon Warehouse (seller) is not the same as Amazon.com - it's Amazon, but Amazon Warehouse only sell open-box and pre-owned items that have been returned to Amazon from previous buyers. I find it safer buying directly from the source now; Corsair, EKWB, EVGA etc., even if it costs me a bit more, because you just don't know what you're going to get otherwise. Even then, some previously reliable brands have 'cost-engineered' their products and are crap now.

+1 Nereus Also, the above reseller apparently charges a wonderful 30% restocking fee.

Problem is that even if we could flatten the curve and get a bulk of cards, people know they can scalp now so they will purchase everything and pinch off the flow. The best buy sale on July 20th was a joke. Stores were getting next to 100 GPUs. And rather than putting them on the shelves if they didnt sell, they let the people who waited in line at several stores buy more than one.

The queue system is actually moving a bit. However the majority of people that get notified to buy don't come to these forms and report it. After krams thread closing....I have not reported my notifies either.

This is true. Getting mine actually brought me back to the forums though. So it has its benefits as well.
