x299 FTW K spareparts

Hey, I've looked for a replacement PWM fan, for the x299 FTW K, but couldn't find anything on google.
The label on the back of the fan says:
EVGA DC Brushless Fan
Model PLA03010B12H
Powerlogic 
2 ball bearing 
DC12v 0.12A
 
I've searched everywhere, even Aliexpress doesn't offer this Model.
Any idea where I can get this fan?

    I would recommend reaching out to EVGA support, I am sure that they can get you a new fan.
