Help here would be really appreciated. 
 
i always just have the feeling that my card is NOT performing like it should. I'm forever looking at benchmarks that i'm just not hitting, even if i really try. 
 
I've seen benchmark videos of modern warfare pushing 200-300 frames on high settings 1440p. but mine hits around 110/130 on LOW with some stuttering when things get busy.
1080p high settings in benchmarks hit around 300 easy, whereas mine will sit around 170/180. 
 
tomb raider struggles around 70fps, on high with no rtx.
 
i believe its getting the right power. i have a 850 watt psu, the temps are all good and i'm running a i9 9900k and 32gb ddr4 ram. 
 
RTX is always off. 
 
i dont know if i'm over thinking it but i really feel like i should be blowing these games out of the water with this card?
