MY max PT doesnt increase when i set the physical switch on the card itself to oc mode.

That is normal. Both should allow up to 373w. You can use gpu-z to see that on the advanced tab by selecting nvidia bios from the drop down menu.

124% vs 130% makes no difference. They both offer 373w at max power target.

Not that I have seen. If there is such a vbios you can get it from evga by contacting support... https://www.evga.com/about/contactus/ The ftw3 is suppose to be limited to 373w using both stock vbios, so even if a 130% vbios exists for the FTW3 it will still be limited to 373w.

Will do thank you man. Got another question regarding the memory on the card, can it thermal throttle causing some slow downs in game?

No problem. They probably can. Don't know at which temp that would be as I've seen videos of them above their rated 95c limit (seen 105C in some videos) without throttling.
