I am waiting for my EVGA XC/XC2/FE Hybrid Kit RGB GeForce RTX 2080 Ti for 5 months !!!

For all EVGA Viewers !
 
I bought “XC/XC2/FE Hybrid Kit RGB GeForce RTX 2080 Ti” with their european partner Caseking.de in January… And I don’t have received anything at this date.
 
When i question the vendor, he says he is waiting for restock. When i question EVGA, they say they restock every 2 weeks. 
 
So my question is why it takes too much time to restock ? Does EVGA continue to product this item ?
 
I spent a lot of money to buy my EVGA 2080 ti and i want to enhance it with hybrid kit. So i am now very disappointed

    Only your vendor Caseking.de can answer: - Why they have not shipped your Hybrid kit ?
     
    - How many did they did they sell beyond what was in their inventory ?
     
    - How many more customers are also waiting in the queue - before they will ship your unit ?
