Here is my "completed" school, folding, and gaming build for 2020.
Luckily my wife loves helping me build even though she doesn't use a PC. I was "allowed" to get 2 GPUs as long as I had some minor LEDs and an open or TG case. Don't tell her that I actually like purple.

MSI x570 MEG ACE
Ryzen 3600x 4.2ghz all core 1.3v
GSkill Flare X 16gb 3200 (have had these OC'd much higher with great timings, but dialed back for folding stability just in case)
EVGA RTX 2060 Super XC Gaming x2
Seasonic 1000w Prime Platinum
Noctua NH-D15s
Fractal Design Define C

Overclocking the 3600x is extremely boring. There isn't much to do after you initially tune it in for your usage. However, this mobo and platform is very fun for OC'n memory.
When folding, the top card does it about 77C with 65% fan or so. The bottom card does kick on my chipset fan (nicely located on the ACE at the bottom right), but I can't hear it at 1,600 rpm.
Most of the sound comes from my two Noctua intakes, but I fear if I turn them down, then my smaller GPU and chipset fans are just going to be much louder and have a worse tone due to their size.

That is a great looking rig but an AIO watercooling solution might allow you to overclock further if you wish to do so.

A system like this deserves at least SLI-able cards, especially if it's a gaming system.

I bought just one 2060 super to game and fold on as I didn't want to (and couldn't even if I did) spend on a 2080 ti. I don't play at that high res because my eyes are garbage. I got the 2nd 2060 to fold on, too, after some advice on this forum and two others.

I wish I could have two 2080s, though! Then again, SLI is mostly for benchmarking these days, right?

Ha! Love the name, that is good. Yeah, SLI doesn't seem to be as important as in years past. Nice rig! +1 :)

I think you can fit a bigger CPU cooler in there ... well, on second thought maybe not

Bought it thinking I was gonna OC my new Ryzen like mad. Turns out that wasn't the case. May just toast it when 4xxx comes out.
