Hello everyone. Does anyone know what is the specks of the capacitor on the back of the RTX 2080ti xc ultra? I will try to replace it or best to find someone who knows what to do. picture attached. Not most clear. Hopefully it will be useful. Any advise I will deeply appreciate. Thanks

It looks to me as though the component is burned. Your video card is under warranty so if this damage was not done by yourself please apply for an RMA.

Sadly RMA is not an option as I don't have any proof of purchase from person i got card and can't track back that person any more.
therefore my only option is to fix it.
I think they are 16V ceramic capacitors and package size is 0201 and 0204.
The only thing I need is capacitance for those 2 and I can proceed with my little repair project.

Well, capasitors never explodes by itself. So there is something wrong on this board (some short) and it should be diagnosted instead just replacing blown capacitors.

Contact EVGA directly. You might be surprised, EVGA has 2nd hand warranty and it might be under warranty after all..............

Not true. Ceramic multilayer capacitors crack and burn up quite regularly. Thermal or mechanical shock causes the ceramic to crack. It is very brittle. Once it cracks, the metal plates inside which are extremely close together are quite likely to be displaced and contact eachother.

And the reasons for thermal shock is anormal current through capasitor or better say exceed voltage, right?

By thermal stress, I meant stress in the PCB caused by temperature variations. Ultimately, it is usually physical/mechanical stress which causes the ceramic capacitor to crack. In depth video all about it: https://youtu.be/QgKY5QWehME

Well, but PCB is "armored" with huge radiator and heat plate, so I doubt that this caused by mechanical stress. Flexing is questionable too. So board should be checked by someone who know how to repair logic boards in case there is some shorts or other damages there.
Replacing just capacitor could lead to some other damage.
