Can you SLI bridge the RTX 2070 XC ULTRA and a RTX 2070 SUPER? And if so what size power supply should i be looking at? I currently have a 750W.

Unfortunately that will not work. Need two cards with same GPU. A 2080 XC AND 2080 XC Ultra works but the configuration you posted will not.

As for the power requirements, just use the tool on the EVGA website to see if your 750 will manage. I would assume it would work, depending on overall system setup. Also, remember that PSUs operate more efficiently around half rated load.
