So I recently bought an EVGA CLC 280mm but had to return it as I was unable to install it in my case due to the AIO not fitting properly due to its big size. Now I am tempted to buy the CLC 240mm as I know for sure that one will fit in the top of the case (MasterCooler Master Case Pro 5)
I have 2 questions.
#1 can the fans be turned around on the radiator? so instead of facing the pre-installed format that they come can they be turned around? I am asking because I know they are set to push air from inside the case out by default. I would like them to pull cool air from outside the case through the radiator. Do the fans on this cooler permit to be flipped around? I know the fan looks different backwards just not sure if it will work properly.
Question #2 I don't understand how I would be able to attach the AIO with the fans to the case then the radiator underneath the fans. Are the screws on the fans long enough to reach through the Case grill into the radiator or would I be forced to install the the radiator first to the case and then the fans underneath the rad?
All noob question but I tried to explain my concerns as clear as I could. I never installed an AIO before as I wasn't even able to fit the 280mm RAD. Really appreciate the help before I buy the 240mm AIO.
Thank you!
Also EDIT: The configuration on my signature is old I need to update it.
