This video explains a lot of what the settings are for and what they do. This was recorded specifically for the i9-9900k and the ASUS Maximum XI boards (Z390) and BIOS, but a lot of it can transfer over to EVGA Z390 chipset boards. Great guide, and the best thing is the explanations he gives which is great for any overclocker.
