I just upgraded my pc today moving from an old 4790k to a Ryzen 9 3400x on an Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Hero WiFi mb and as part of that upgrade I finally removed my trusty Asus Xonar D2X sound card that has served me well for the past 12 years. In went the EVGA Nu Audio card and man am I blown away by the sound quality. I'm using Beyerdynamic DT990 Pro 250 ohm cans and this card makes them sound even better than the Xonar ever thought about delivering. I was on the fence at first but I'm glad that I pulled the trigger on this card as my music really stands out now. Christina Scabbia and the boys sound better than ever tonight.
