My friend recently ordered a 1660 ti XC Gaming Video Card and said that the payment went through but not the order. Can someone please help?

    Your friend would need to use the contact us link and call EVGA. Because it deals with a credit card transaction they will need to talk directly to the card holder who placed he order.

    Did your friend Order direct from EVGA.com ?  Do they live in North America ?
     
    Did they check the Box - agree to the Terms of Sale ?
     
    Have your friend take screen shots of the Order
     
    Did they get an Order Number issued ?
     
    This may be helpful when talking to EVGA CS
     
    Make sure your browser security is not the issue - "cookies"
     
    You did not mention any Error Code or message
