I have a 1080ti hybrid. I successfully change its pwm to 0%. However, I would like to turn its pump to 0 pwm while idle to achieve complete silent. Is there any way to work around the pump? I didn't see any pwm cable from the GPU, it only has 6+8 pin pcie power port.

No there is no stock adjustment to turn pump to zero/ off

Thanks for your answer. However I'm looking for possible mod in fact. I put my ITX case on the desk so I'm wondering if there is a way to do so.

We are not aware of any mod in what you are mentioning but as CoolGTX mentioned, this is a static pump.
