I am listening via headphones and when I attempt to adjust sound with the EQ settings I can hear no difference between a customised setting and the default. Does this option work with Win 7?

Could you give us a little bit about your system? Also what headphones are you using?

There is already an active thread on this topic near the top of the list.  I don't know why you started a new thread.

Still pending a test driver from Nahimic, but our Audio Team is keeping in contact with them about a couple issues that have been reported lately.

Hi I started a new thread because I think my issue maybe different to the problems outlined in the other thread which refers to the advanced EQ settings and the Nahimic features. I am using an older system which can only use the basic SW settings. My system is based around a Gigabyte GA-MA790FXT-UD5P MB & AMD Phenom 2 x4 CPU and ATI Radeon 4600 GPU running Win 7 64 Pro. I use Foobar using the nu audio ASIO output. I am using Sennheiser HD 599 headphones.

So, the reason for this is that the card and software has a built-in overpower protection for positively adjusting the 10-band EQ while having the master volume at 100%.  Drop the master volume a little lower, and you should see this issue go away.
