Haven't been able to control Titan RTX fans since 1.0.7. I know you added some legacy card support back, but it looks like Titan RTX got missed for fans. (resolved) see comment

    The voltage curve software also sets the optimal fan curve based on the temp target 
    Once I realized this I was able to set the temp target to 77 (Nvidia says 90 is reasonable ) and got a nice bump in overclock
    Also, both ASUS GPU tweak III and MSI Afterburner are using Nvidia's algorithm which gets you a slower OC curve than what precision is doing here.
