Just got my 11G-P4-2280-KR (blower model) and am very excited...but one small oversight on my part.

My second monitor is a QX2710 with *only* a dual-DVI input which I got for a great price several years ago, and well - I can't plug that into this GPU (my bad!)

Is it even worthwhile trying to acquire adaptors to get this monitor working with the 2080ti, or is it time for me to bite the bullet and replace it?  (I wouldn't mind actually keeping it as a third monitor, if I could figure out a way to do that)

My big monitor is an Acer EB321, so neither of my monitors are particularly high end right now!

Grab an inexpensive DVI to HDMI/DP adapter to hold you over until you want to upgrade your monitor.

I can vouch for these: https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16812400320

I have 3 of them in use right now and they work perfectly. They're a little pricey new, but can you can usually find them on ebay for around $50-$60.

Actually in doing a quick search just now, there is one for $65 with free shipping. I'd post a link but I don't think ebay links are allowed even it if's not mine. But a search for DP2DVID2 will bring it right up.

Thanks all!  While not prohibitively expensive - compared to a 2080ti anyway - I decided to pull the trigger on a new monitor TV.

Have an LG SM9500 on the way  - gonna see how that pans out.  55 inches is a lot of real estate, but I'm far enough from the screen that I find myself squinting to read my 31 inch monitor now.  Fingers crossed it's not too much!

Cool man, enjoy the new TV. That LG looks sick.
