DRAM RAPL BWLIMIT
DRAM RAPL MODE
What exactly are these features in the bios and what do they exactly do? What is the recommended option to set?

DRAM RAPL Baseline: DRAM RAPL Mode 1: It is a setting to set the base line of the power limit at the time of execution of the DRAM module. Set Throttling Mode: CLTT: it is a setting to set via the automatic voltage control during an idle state of the CPU, thereby reducing power consumption, in order to improve the reliability of PU. https://forums.evga.com/FindPost/2035324 Default setting: DRAM RAPL BWLIMIT - "1" DRAM RAPL MODE - "Disabled" As per bcav's post #32 on the linked thread.
