I have the exact same problem *right now* - my current GPU is a
EVGA RTX 3080 Ti FTW3 Ultra running on the latest EVGA firmware/vBIOS, PX1 stable version 1.3.2 and FW driver version 472.12 WHQL (Game-Ready) on Win7 x64 in companionship with a 9900K CPU. Before inserting the 3080 Ti, I first completely uninstalled all Nvidia drivers/folders/files via DDU *and* EVGA PX1 software (including all folders and config files) and then removed my former Nvidia GPU, which was *not* a EVGA brand. Then, I inserted the 3080 Ti and did a
Clean Driver Install (installing a newer driver version
from scratch) including GFE. Finally, I re-installed PX1 and other GPU-related software (GPU-Z, RTSS, NVI, Nvidia FrV) and immediately flashed the latest EVGA firmware directly via PX1 interface.
That was 4 months ago. I didn't change anything (driver, software) since then,
except upgrading to a newer PX1 version (1.3.2 - what I have right now) and newer versions of GPU-Z and RTSS. And I have no second GPU - still, PX1 cancels OC Scan with the message "OC Scan only supports primary card!"
